Accessibility
Last updated: June 19, 2026
OfficialPath is built for families in stressful, time-sensitive moments, and it should work for everyone. We are committed to making our website and service usable by people of all abilities, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time checkbox.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
What we’ve built in
- Semantic, structured markup so screen readers can navigate headings, links, and landmarks.
- Keyboard support — interactive elements such as buttons, the menu, and the reservation flow can be reached and operated without a mouse.
- Readable contrast — text and key controls are chosen to meet AA contrast targets.
- Reduced-motion support — if your device requests reduced motion, our animations are turned off automatically.
- Responsive, zoom-friendly layout — the site adapts from small phones to large screens and supports browser zoom and text resizing.
- Descriptive labels — icons and decorative graphics are labeled or hidden from assistive technology as appropriate, and we don’t rely on color alone to convey meaning.
Known limitations
We’re continually improving. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and third-party tools we rely on (such as payment pages) may have their own accessibility characteristics. If you hit a barrier, please tell us — reports directly shape what we fix next.
Tell us about a problem
If any part of OfficialPath is hard to use with assistive technology, email support@officialpath.com with a short description of the page and the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days and will work with you to provide the information or function you need in an accessible way.
