Refund Policy

OfficialPath is built around a simple promise: you reserve a number first, and delivery billing starts only after activation works. This Refund Policy explains how the one-time setup fee and the monthly delivery plan are handled.
1. Setup fee
The one-time number reservation and setup fee (currently $4.99) reserves an assigned number and prepares activation. If a route cannot be activated for reasons outside your control — for example, the facility does not permit the channel — the setup fee can be credited or refunded. Contact support@officialpath.com.
2. Delivery billing starts after activation
- The monthly Verified TextBridge plan begins only after the route reaches active status and the first verified exchange succeeds.
- You are never charged a monthly delivery plan for a route that has not been activated.
3. Pauses and blocks
If a route later pauses or is blocked, we keep the assigned number reserved and pause delivery billing automatically. You are not charged a delivery plan for time the route is unavailable.
4. Companion and Legal + Learning
Family Companion and standalone Legal + Learning are billed on the day you subscribe and renew monthly. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and is not pro-rated for the current period unless required by law.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@officialpath.com with your account email and a short description. We review requests promptly and process approved refunds to your original payment method through our processor, Stripe.
